Tsuzumi Stool

Tsuzumi Stool

A stool that allows you to appreciate the beauty of wood by faintly seeing the diagonal cuts made by a hand plane.

The standard chair height is 430mm, but we usually deliver at 420 or 410mm.

The height of the walnut stool is standard, while the yew stool is at a comfortable height for sitting down or standing.

The walnut on the left of the photo is a highly textured piece with wild insect holes.

The yew grain on the right of the photo is a specimen that displays the yew grain (beautiful wood grain pattern) that is said to be the same yew tree as the stick held by Prince Shotoku.

Although the Tsuzumi stool has a basic design, it is made to suit the material and size, making it a unique item with a truly one-of-a-kind feel.
