Tsuzumi stool/chestnut

A more primitive shape.
A chair that can be used without getting in the way with a minimal footprint.
10 years of planning. The design I've been wanting to work on has finally taken shape.
Great for sitting in the bathroom or as a stand for plants.
It is made of wood and has a body part that gives it strength.
This stool allows you to feel the beauty of the wood as you can see the diagonal hand planing.
 
The chestnut color on the left of the photo is a textured individual called irikawa, which allows you to incorporate the roughness of the natural chestnut tree into your daily life.
The chestnut tree knob shape is left partially on the base of the chestnut iron dyeing on the right side of the photo, making it an enjoyable piece of wood.
Although the Tsuzumi stool has a basic design, it is manufactured according to the material and size, making it a one-of-a-kind item.

There are several pads attached to the bottom to prevent floor scratches, so it is ready for use.
 
Caution: Please be careful and guide small children so that they do not stand on it.
 
Reference regarding height:
Standard dining chairs are manufactured based on a height of 430 mm and are often delivered at 420 or 410 mm.
The lower the height of the chair, the calmer and more relaxed the seat will be.
Most stools are around 450 mm, making it easy to sit and stand.
