Most of the customers who commission furniture making from Kyoto Sumiyama Asakura Woodworking are individual clients.
We also have opportunities to be asked to participate in corporate projects.
The number has been increasing little by little.
Here, we'll discuss cases where the client is the owner of a "cafe," "restaurant," etc.
We will now introduce our "Delivery to Stores" service.
How to order
定番家具や限定品など、すぐお持ち帰り頂ける家具も、工房併設ショップに多数展示中です。
● 定番家具の場合

■SHOPご来店：
月～金は10時～16時予約不要で来店・購入可。
（※オーダー相談の場合は平日も予約おすすめ）
土日祝はご予約制でで来店・購入可。
■メール・電話から：購入可。
■在庫がある場合：すぐに納品が可能。
発送の場合、到着希望日時をお伺いし、
ご入金後に発送いたします。送料こちら
■在庫がない場合：受注制作を承ります。
受注書を発行。前受金のご入金をもちまして受注完了とし、制作開始します。
■納期の目安：
部材の在る場合１～２か月。
部材から制作する場合３カ月程。（受注状況による）

ショップにて、展示品をご覧頂きながらご要望を伺います。
オーダー家具の相談は、平日でもご予約おすすめします。
事前にご予約または、ご来店前に当日「オーダー相談したいのですが？」とお電話頂けましたら、朝倉亨の在廊を確認できます。
メールでのご相談、ご注文も可能です。
②デザイン提案・見積

ご希望やご相談をもとにデザイン案とお見積書をつくります。
ご確認後、それをもとに細かな点などを相談していき、より良いものにしていきます。
③ ご注文

デザインが打合せでまとまりましたら、受注書を発行します。
前受金として半金のご入金をもちまして正式な受注完了とし、制作を開始します。残金はお届けの際または7日以内にお振込ください。発送納品の場合、残金の振込確認後に発送します。
④ 制作期間

納期は通常2～4ヶ月です。
家具の種類や状況により変動しますので詳しくはお問い合わせください。新築や改築時のキッチンや作りつけ家具は、半年～10ヶ月ほど前からご相談を承ります。
⑤ お届け

受注書記載の予定納期が近づきましたら日程のご希望を伺い、できる限りつくり手が納品します。遠方の方など、都合によっては配送業者に依頼します。炭山の工房へ来訪お受取りも可能。
⑥ アフターケア

椅子や箱物はメンテナンスは不要です。ダイニングテーブルだけは、毎食前後に水拭きを繰り返すため、一年に1回のオイル塗りをお勧めしています。一回目はご説明に伺い一緒に作業します。
