Purchase flow

Please contact us by e-mail or phone for stock availability and details.

Asakura Mokko will contact you regarding payment, such as stock availability, details, shipping charges, etc.

After confirming the payment, we will arrange to ship the product according to the desired delivery date.

About payment

Credit card payment is also possible for furniture displayed on the Collection page and for furniture that is available in the showroom. Otherwise, it will be a bank transfer. Please bear the transfer fee. We ask that payment be made within 7 days of our order confirmation email. Please note that if the payment deadline has passed, it may be canceled.

About shipping fee

Furniture is often delivered directly by the maker. In the case of distant locations, we will propose the less burden between shipping and delivery depending on the number of items. Furniture will be delivered by Yamato household goods delivery service, and accessories will be delivered by Kuroneko Yamato courier service.
